I love to create art, read, paint and make pottery at my beachside home/retreat in lovely Aotearoa.
I also enjoy learning and helping people and have my Masters In Applied Psychology - Applied Behaviour Analysis. I also love being on my computer and learning the tools to keep it simple.
When working with people I find its easy to simplify and organise their business and personal digital lives so they can move through problems with ease.
In a world full of information we need ways to manage our lives so we can spend more time relaxing and enjoying life (yes i digitally took myself out of my office into a chair on the beach ha ha).
In a number of sessions we can learn to accept what cannot be avoided or distracted by using unworkable strategies and learn to become flexible in order to start participating and move towards a valued future.
